Welcome to the NMC Tinian Instructional Site!

Northern Marianas College’s Tinian Instructional Site was established on 1994 to provide post secondary and adult education opportunities to improve the quality of life for the people of Tinian. Through a partnership with the Library Council, and the Tinian Municipal Government, the first library was built soon after and named NMC Tinian Public Library.

Since the establishment of Tinian Instructional Site, many students took advantage of this opportunity and achieved their educational goals and improved their lives.

Currently, Tinian Instructional Site offers a variety of programs, including: Adult Basic Education; Upward Bound; Educational Talent Search; CREES (Agriculture and Extension Programs, Aquaculture, Livestock, Sewing and Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program); Business Development Workshops; Continuing Education Courses; and Community Services & Programs, to serve its main goal of improving the quality of life for the people of Tinian.
